Mormugao MLA Sankalp Amonkar had the privilege of attending the Portrait Painting Competition for Children organized by Ravindra Bhavan in Baina-Vasco. The competition was held to commemorate the “350th Shivrajyaabhishek Sohala” at the Mini Hall of Ravindra Bhavan.
The event began with a captivating speech by the esteemed Keynote Speaker, Shri. Bhagatramji D. Chabda, from Ichalkaramji, Maharashtra. Shri. Chabda, who serves as the Kolhapur Vibhag Sah Sanghchalak, enlightened the audience about the life and achievements of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
Participants showcased their artistic talents during the competition, impressing the audience with their creativity. Prizes were awarded to those who excelled in their portrait paintings, recognizing their exceptional skills. Additionally, all participants received participation certificates as a gesture of appreciation for their enthusiastic involvement.
The event was graced by the presence of several prominent personalities, including the Chairman of Ravindra Bhavan, Shri. Jayant Jadhav, and the Vice Chairman, Dr. Dharmendra Prabhudessai, among others.
