Government directs all the licensed premises “for the sale of liquor” to remain closed from 6.00pm of 8th May, till midnight of 10th May, 2023 within the jurisdiction of Pollem village of Canacona Taluka, Mollem Village of Dharbandora Taluka & Surla Village of Sattari Taluka, which falls within the range of 05km from the Border of Karnataka in the view of General election to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, 2023. The owners of the licensed premises having Bar & Restaurant shall display a board in the premises stating that No Liquor will be served & that only the Restaurant is open for serving food.
Government directs that no liquor shall be transported from one place to another within the jurisdiction of Pollem village of Canacona Taluka, Mollem Village of Dharbandora Taluka & Surla Village of Sattari Taluka which falls within the range of 5km from the Border of Karnataka. The order shall remain in force from 6.00PM of 8th May, till midnight of 10th May, 2023 in the view of General Election to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly , 2023.
