Subhash Phal Dessai, MLA Digambar Kamat, State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Guruprasad Pawaskar & others inaugurated the 24th National Para Swimming Championships organized by Office of the State Commissioner for PwDs, in collaboration with the Dept. for Empowerment of PwDs, and in association with the Paralympic Committee of India and Sports Authority of Goa, at the SAG Ground in Campal, Panaji.
