Panaji, Goa: In a significant move to boost employment opportunities for Goan youth, the Government of Goa has signed an agreement with NSDC International Ltd. to establish the NSDC International Skill Center in Goa. This state-of-the-art facility will provide world-class skill development training, empowering Goan youth to succeed on the global stage.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said, “This partnership will revolutionize the skill development landscape in Goa. Our youth will gain access to cutting-edge training in foreign languages, specialized domain skills, and more, making them job-ready for international markets.”
The center will focus on sectors like Hospitality, Healthcare, Beauty & Wellness, IT, Construction, and others, with a minimum of 5,000 Goan youth receiving training annually. CM Dr. Sawant emphasized, “This initiative will open up lucrative job opportunities abroad, enabling our youth to excel globally.”
The NSDC International Skill Center in Goa is poised to become a hub for skill development, setting a new benchmark for the state’s youth. With this visionary project, Goa is poised to become a talent powerhouse, ready to take on the world.
