Fernandes further asserted that the upcoming election would be a battle between money power and people’s power, with the latter firmly aligned with the Congress party. He emphasized the historical significance of people’s power in winning elections.
In response, Dempo stated her intention to conduct a positive campaign, focusing on highlighting the impactful work done by Prime Minister Modi, his vision for a developed India by 2047, and her own initiatives aimed at benefitting the people of South Goa.
