Dy. Dir (Admin)/Asst. Nodal Officer (SVEEP), North Goa, Ms. Deepti D. Gaonkar & Additional Director, DHE/Nodal Officer (SVEEP), North Goa, Dr. Gervasio S.F.L. Mendes presented the prizes to the winners of Cake Decorating Competition on the theme – “Election and Women Empowerment” On International Women’s Day which was organised by District Election Officer North Goa. First Prize was bagged by Ms. Inoshka Mendes, 2nd Prize by Samta Naik & Third Prize was bagged by Ms. Sneha Humraskar.
