Chief Medical Officer of DHS Goa, Dr. Uttam Desai flagged off the State Red Run 2023 of 05 kilometer run for college students to create awareness among youth & to actively engage them in disseminating information related to HIV/AIDS, adolescent health, Mental Health and other public health issues organised by Goa State AIDS Control Society,Panjim from V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Panjim to Dona Paula junction and back to Law College. Students from all Colleges,NGOS, youths, Department officials etc participated in the run.
