Chief Minister, Dr. Pramod Sawant distributed offer letters to 42 Children of Freedom Fighters and 63 Homeguards who will now take up roles as Police. The event was held at the Assembly Complex, Porvorim. Inspector-General of Police, Shri. Omveer Singh, IPS, Superintendent of Police, HQ, Shri. Nelson Albuquerque and families of the Freedom Fighters were also present for the event.
