Governor, Shri. PS Sreedharan Pillai graced the Valedictory Function of the 35th Naval Higher Command Course (NHCC) at the Naval War College today. 34 officers of the Armed Forces successfully completed 40 week course on Professional Military Education. Governor congratulated the medal winners and lauded officers for their perseverance and professional excellence.
