Subhash Phal Dessai unveil the Curtain Raiser of Goa Star Women Award 2023 organised by Rebuild India Trust, Goa & Goa Panchayat Mahila Shakti Abhiyan in association with Directorate of Panchayat, Goa which will be held in the month of May, 2023. Minister also released Goa Star Women Award Brochure during the function. Vasco MLA, Shri. Krishna Daji Salkar, President, GPMSA, Smt. Nelly Rodrigues, Director, Dempo Group of Companies, Smt.
