An ELC Conference involving Booth Level Officers (BLOs) and Electoral Literacy Clubs (ELCs) for 34-Cuncolim Assembly Constituency was held at the Conference Hall of CES College of Arts & Commerce, Cuncolim, in the presence of Shri Rajesh Sakhalkar, Chief Officer, Cuncolim Municipal Council and Electoral Registration Officer (ERO), 34-Cuncolim AC, Ms. Kshipra Umesh Bapat, Joint Mamlatdar VI, Principals and Nodal Officers of ELCs, Brand Ambassadors, students and BLOs.
